Tommy Ball plans to get lost in paradise

Coming back to Sunbird for the first time in a while is Tommy Ball with an exclusive performance for Neotribe.
Named after the Blackburn Shoe magnet, Tommy Ball is a singer-songwriter writing songs that hopefully help you feel something. His vocal range matched with rhythmic intricate guitar parts lends itself to a powerful, yet emotional performance. No matter how you’re feeling, he’ll help you feel something a little more.
If you’re a fan of Jeff Buckley’s Grace then this is just the band for you. A recent solo appearance in Blackburn at the National Festival of Making had the crowd mesmerised, looking further back this is a thought confirmed by One Love Records who said;
“You can still feel the soulfulness in his voice which he takes inspiration from Ray Charles, Jeff Buckley, The Beatles and more”
Last year saw the band support CVC, a festival appearance and Cosmic Cape and their own headline sell out show at Gullivers in Manchester. 2025 has been another busy year with festival appearances at Strines Nightingale, Mews Festival and National Festival of Making.
‘Speeding Out of Control’ was released in June this year and the next single ‘American Diner’ will be released 12th September ’25, so plenty of time to learn those lyrics and be ready to sing them back.
We don’t know how these guys are still playing the grassroots music circuit, so don’t miss them as you never know next time, they could be playing your nearest arenas.
This is Neotribe at full throttle. Don’t sleep on it, grab your tickets now while they last
